DON’T ATTACK BANYANKOLE

SECURITY ALERT . PLEASE COMRADES DON’T ATTACK BANYANKOLE BECAUSE MUHOOZI DOESN’T REPRESENT THEM

“If we start fighting each other, the dictator wins without firing a shot.”

1 Why This Alert Matters

Over the past week General Muhoozi Kainerugaba has flooded social media with sectarian taunts—trying to paint the Banyankole as his personal militia and daring the rest of Uganda to strike back. Some angry voices online have taken the bait, calling for revenge attacks on Banyankole businesses and homes.

We will not walk into that trap.
Our struggle is against a corrupt dynasty, not against any tribe or family.

2 The Regime’s Oldest Trick: Divide and Rule

  1. Provoke ethnic anger.
  2. Wait for street-level violence.
  3. Declare a “security emergency,” impose curfews, arrest opposition leaders, and beg foreign donors for more military aid.

Museveni perfected this playbook in the 1980s and has polished it ever since. We answer with unity, discipline, and a laser focus on the real culprits.

3 Banyankole in the Movement

  • Banyankole teachers march in our rallies.
  • Banyankole nurses treat wounded protesters.
  • Banyankole students wear red to class on Global Red Monday.

The banyankole community is not an extension of State House; it is part of the Ugandan mosaic we are fighting to liberate.

4 Our Code of Conduct

PrincipleWhat It Looks Like on the Ground
Zero retaliationGuard Banyankole neighbours, shops, and places of worship as fiercely as your own.
Call out hate speechCorrect comrades who confuse tribe with tyranny—publicly and calmly.
Document provocationsFilm any attempt by regime agents to spark ethnic clashes; store footage safely for evidence.

5 Action Plan for Every Comrade

  1. Share this alert on all channels with the tag #UnityIsOurWeapon.
  2. Host a unity vigil—invite Banyankole speakers, musicians, and clergy to emphasise solidarity.
  3. Report incitement—screenshot or record any post urging violence against civilians and forward it to trusted human-rights monitors.
  4. Educate the angry—remind friends that Muhoozi’s brutality comes from his own choices, not from his clan.
  5. Stay mission-focused—our goal is to remove dictatorship, restore rule of law, and build a nation where every tribe thrives equally.

6 A Final Word

The red in our berets symbolizes courage and sacrifice, not tribal bloodshed. The moment we abandon that truth, we hand victory to the very regime we oppose.

Stand firm. Guard each other. Expose the provocateurs.
United we march; united we will win.
